During my trip in Turkey with my friends, we had so much fun, we lived so much great adventures together with our Turkish friend that will remain in memory for ever, we tried almost all the attractions we went from the carriage to the tramway, but we also tried in the third day to plan new events and to admire another part of the city more closely, that’s why we decided to go in a cruise by a ferry in the Bosphorus region where we could enjoy more closely the wonderful landscape we used to see only in the romantic Turkish series in TV or in our dearest dreams and we really desired to see one of the famous actors in front of us, our journey is still on so who knows may be we could really enjoy such a wonderful coincidence.

1- trip in the Bosphorus

In order to enjoy the day to the maximum we woke up early prepared the meals we would have during our walk, put our backpacks with all the necessary things exactly like the most famous travelers and put on our cameras to do the best photos ever, our Turkish friend came in time to guide us through the city and we arrived finally to the port where we discovered amazing but very very weird white birds that were not afraid of us at all and they approached with much curiosity from our cameras wanting to catch the light and to be considered important in that time or simply seeking for some food or some rest of human food left by people visiting the city for the first time or not having any precaution not keep the streets clean and tidy. One tour by ferry near the bosphorus cost almost 12 turkish liras , we went aboard and that was the beginning of our wonderful trip, there was an English guide that told us the story of houses, villages built near the river, history of the most famous castles we could see from the boat in very conserved and amazing state, the guide was also very kind to answer the question of some people that seemed very interested about the river view and especially when we arrived to the Bosphorus and to the bridge part we really tried in doing funny videos and post them in the social medias, we wanted to immortaliwe those so beautiful moment especially that one of our friends was about to marry and we could really not see her for one whole year. The bridge although it was small in size but it was like something precious and the most symbolic place to live and to be in safe mode. The birds were flying around in an amazing dance near the boat and the landcape of nature made us all impressed so we admired the view speechlessly and without giving attention to small minds or small thinking.

We even saw during our trip the luxurious villa where was filmed the famous series Nour with the actor Kevinc tatlitug as a principal role we really enjoyed and felt much excited to see it from far away and to see that the amazing places we were seeing only in TV transformed fast into reality and we found ourselves suddenly distressed, far very far away from the stress of usual working days, a peaceful moment joining the harmony of the landscape with our heart and peaceful mind. Many monuments could be discovered by this way and we could really enjoy this informative trip as the guide told us in english language all we needed to know about every monument and the story related to it so this tour is really classified in my opinion in the number one must to do during a travel to turkey.

2- Shows in the street

What really amazed me more about Istanbul is that we dont really feel its the capital of the country, meaning it can be sometimes deserted while croweded in the other hand so its a matter of chance, we could discover the city walking through its streets, and we discovered that shows were being done and this is very new in turkey to entertain poeple, even though they use to be needing money, but they can have a real talent and they go to streets to show their talent, we could discover a group of indian poeple wearing their traditional clothes they can really be indian natives leaving in turkey and doing shows for turkish poeple. The show consisted of very beautiful and original music, someone was playing guitar and the other singing, our energy was really hight we song with them, we danced with them, they showed amazing cultural heritage wearing their traditional clothes and they were singing, loughing dancing doing all the shows possible to get some money from poeple, the music was typically indian, they showed also many acrobaties in the air and poeple were clapping and loughing, we had really a great time while seeing this free show.

3- Istanbul mosque

Our third destination of the day was the istanbul mosque that impressed us the most from our first sight, it was a huge monument with amazing inscriptions in arabic language probably from Qur'an, the tourist unveiled women had to wear something in their head to be able to enter inside, to explore it from inside was the most impressive experience ever, as it was very well designed with the most detailed architecture, the words were transcript in gold colour exactly like in the time of the kings and we were amazed to see its conserved state until now. From inside there was another part where a saint was buried decorated in gold decoration very detailed and very amazing to see, the design was all meant to give to this mosque more emblematic charm and more presence by its so great stories and myths from the past years.

This testifies about the huge cultural effect of religion on the city and on the monument constructed from the past times, everything was built in very spacious way every part was very well organized and we could distinguish a highest part inside with stairs where the imam used to tell his benedictions and his religious discourse to people to spread the good between people, the charity and the qualities of loyalty, kindness and honesty. We found a little kid selling flowers so we bought one with very sweet smell and we could find also many people seeking help especially from Syrian origin that were escaping to turkey in order to find peace and be safe from the war that was triggered in their country within the past few years, we could see they were really in bad state because without shelter anymore. There was one women that was telling us her sad story and how she has to quit her home in syria and go out of the country to be able to live well with respect and without the need to be afraid from bombs or from war, the problem is that these people did not find a stable situation in turkey and most of them did not find proper work so we can see them begging in the streets which moved our feelings a lot and we felt that we needed to help them in any way possible.

4-Street vendors

Just after our amazing tour inside the monument we went to the coastal area where we could find many street vendors offering different sweet specialities like the Turkish halkoum that we wanted to taste so much, we found out also that the prices of the sweets varies very much depending on the shop we entered to, but the most cheap price we found was in the shops of the street vendors. while we were having the sweets and being a bit distracted by our long conversations, my friend felt suddenly her bag being pulled in violent way and we suddenly saw a little kid running as fast as the wind and that was the moment were we realised that our friend was being stolen so without any previous thinking we started to run crazily to catch the guy as my friend stated to us while yelling that her passport was inside of her bag and she did not hide it in the hotel room. Mixed feelings of fear and surprise emerged our bodies us we were running in the fastest way possible to catch him before our friend gets in really serious problem, since without passport she could even not go back home and the procedure of losing a passport are usually complicated especially when people are in another country. The little kid was not so far in front of us so we started to yell at him and to specify we had important paper inside in that moment the kid through the bag from his hand and went running in the fast or the wind and vanished totally from our sight. My friend run very fast to retrieve her bag and thank god the passport was there. she just stated the missing of twenty liras that the kid stole while running. We had therefore to go to the police post to declare about that event so they did not give us more attention than that and they were not even understanding the English language. They said to us that the situation was not new to them as many beggars exist and many homeless people it was our responsibility to not be distracted and that those things are very common inside the capital. We thank God that the situation was resolved in fast way this incited us to arise the attention that stealing a bag with the passport on it is one of the worst event that could happen to us during a holiday trip, we decided therefore to forget this incident and continue our amazing holiday with a happy heart.
