What is it like to live in Trieste? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?
The City is very multicultural, at the border with Slovenia so lot of tourists. I recommend it for studente, very funny, but there's a very particular wind called "bora" really powerful...they have a funny dialect and call the kind of coffes in à différent way
What is the student lifestyle like in Trieste?
The night is always young in Trieste there's thé sea and lots of pubs in thé City centre, also lot of street parties and tipical évents as Barcolana..museums are really cool
How much does it cost to live in Trieste?
Not that much...buses are cheap, trains even more and thé supermarkets normal prices as in the rest of Friuli
Is it difficult to find accommodation in Trieste? Is there any advice you can give?
You can publish à post on thé fb page of your university or just search on internet..prices are very good 150-250€/month
What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?
Food is amazing (italian food) but in Trieste you can find tipical Slovenian and Austrian dishes in "birreria Forst" and other restaurants
What places would you recommend visiting in Trieste?
The science muséum is so funny and interactiv, then Miramare, San Giusto, thé City center, Barcola
Is it good to eat out in Trieste? Can you tell us your favourite spots?
Yes lot of amazing places you can find them everywhere so easily
Is the nightlife good in Trieste? Where is good to go?
It depends if you like to dance or even just look at thé sunset with friends having à picnick on San Giusto Hill or at thé Molo
What advice would you give future students heading to Trieste?
