Why did you choose to go to Trieste, Italy?

I did an internship at the international center for genetic engineering and biotechnology which has a very good reputation.

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

The scholarschip was for two month since that was the period of my stay. I believe I recieved 400 Euros per month.

What is the student lifestyle like in Trieste?

People from Trieste and my institute were very welcoming and I felt integrated quickly. The city is very charming and I would recommend everybody to go there! Since it is a small city the nighlife is limited.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Trieste to other students?

I did not study at the University but I would recommend the city very much.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Trieste?

I found it quite easy and cheap compared to my hometown Vienna.

How much does it cost to live in Trieste?

I paied 200 Euros for my room and was very happy with the flat and its location in the city
