Would you recommend the city and the University of Toulouse to other students?

Yes, although university is a bit old but has lots of facilities and organized activities

What is the food like?

Good, a but more expensive than in spain

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Toulouse?

Yes, it is not easy to find an appartement, think about coming 2-3 weeks before

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

Yes there are, thay are free for nearly all erasmua except architecture students, at least during my year

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Toulouse from your city?

From valencia you can get a bus to toulouse or by train. If not easy jet flies from madrid to toulouse

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Toulouse?

Place st pierre

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Toulouse?

Sherpa, for good and cheap crepes.

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Toulouse in the future?

Open a bank account as soon as possible, they will ask for it for everything.
