What is it like to live in Tokyo? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

Its transportation is advanced, so I can go anywhere I want by using trains or airplanes. In addition to this, food price is not so expensive as in Europe.

What is the student lifestyle like in Tokyo?

Your student lifestyle will be just hearing lectures and going home unless you join some clubs or team.

How much does it cost to live in Tokyo?

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Tokyo? Is there any advice you can give?

There are many rooms for rent, but sometimes it takes a lot of money to live in the center of Tokyo. In that case, you can live in suburb areas. It is easy to commute using the advanced transportation.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

There are many restaurants where you can eat Japanese dishes with reasonable prices. If you have 300 yen, you can eat Udon or Gyudon. If you have 1000 yen, you can eat a set meal of Japanese dishes.

Of course there are various kinds of restaurants such as Chinese or Italian and so on.

What places would you recommend visiting in Tokyo?

Shibuya or Akihabara. Many tourists from other countries visit them and take photos.

Of course there are many cultural or historical places such as Senso-ji Temple or National Museum or Tokyo Disney Land.

Is it good to eat out in Tokyo? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

Same as the former question.

Is the nightlife good in Tokyo? Where is good to go?

There are many bars and clubs in the center of Tokyo such as Shibuya or Shinjuku or Roppongi.

Remember that Roppongi is a little bit dangerous place.

What advice would you give future students heading to Tokyo?

Most Japanese people can hardly speak English. You should learn Japanese language beforehand. It may be wise to use a translation application.
