What is it like to live in Tartu? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?
I was born in Tartu so yeah, I recommend it. It's a small city, very easy to find everything.
What is the student lifestyle like in Tartu?
Lots of students and many events. Very good.
How much does it cost to live in Tartu?
I would say 400 euros a month is enough, but the more the merrier!
Is it difficult to find accommodation in Tartu? Is there any advice you can give?
All universities offer dorms for Erasmus students, so no.
Is it good to eat out in Tartu? Can you tell us your favourite spots?
Ränduri pubi is my favourite but there is a lot of good places.
Is the nightlife good in Tartu? Where is good to go?
Yes. Many bars, pubs and clubs. There is something for everyone, many different places with different vibes.
What advice would you give future students heading to Tartu?
