Super easy and super cheap to find accommodation in Tartu.

There are a lot of places you could go like library, Riverside, Shooters, Möku...

As cultural places: AHHAA Science Centre, the old city, the Estonian National Museum, the Toy Museum, the town hall square, Tartu University, the kissing students fountain, Tagurpidi Maja...
