Online shopping experience in Spain

• Payment card issue in Vietnam

I got the idea to write this article when reading the story Payment card - "Want to use but also difficult"  on the internet a few days ago. The article pointed out many inadequacies in payment card through POS (point of sale). Broadly speaking, card payment (online or offine) is still a problem in the current context in Vietnam. If compared with banking services in Europe which is a true heaven for me.

• Santander Credit Card 

With a Santander bank card I can swipe at most large and small shops all over the alley across Spain, withdrawing money at thousands of ATMs, easily paying online with just a few Mouse operation without losing any unreasonable fees (such as card swiping in Vietnam). Overall is extremely convenient!

While in Vietnam I also have a bank card but really do not know what to do with it apart from receiving salaries and withdrawals at ATM plants. Therefore, "Amazon purchase", "online payment" ... are concepts that are heard a lot but absolutely no experience at all. It was not until I went to study abroad that I got a clear picture of online shopping, convenience, cost savings and time, having a bit of fun and painful experiences to share  with you today

• * Experience No. 1: What to buy?

I have a rule that If I want to buy “those things”  (clothes, shoes ...) I do not buy online. With the high technology of "magic" of digital cameras and Photoshop today, a very normal shoes become extremely glittering on the net is not strange. Actually, I have some regular shopping friends. Last night, the handsome postal worker shifts his clothes to his home. But the fact is that 10 things moved to may select 3, 4, the long short, the high low, the tight, the ugly (their models are beautiful D:), color We do not pay for the item at the store (free of charge) or by mail, wait for refund and solve problem if any. So shopping this type of thinking is convenient, save time but I am not sure whether the quality of clothes as well as it is fit me or not.

For clothes, again, I think that is important to try rather than just seeing it on the website, it is a big difference I am sure.

• * Experience No. 2: Where to buy?

• Once you have identified the item you want to purchase, you should refer to the following website:
• www.pricespy.co.uk: online price comparison tool. The same Pricepy products will suggest selling websites (eg Amazon, Ebay ...) at the corresponding price. Please note that this is only a price comparison tool. Buyers should consider other information (change / return, warranty, payment method ...) to make the final decision.
• www.hotukdeals.com: promotions or discount codes that are directly related to the product or website.
• www.uk.trustpilot.com: Check out a reliable seller web site based on user reviews. A few days ago I needed to buy a pair of swimming goggles and Pricepy suggested www.winstanleysbikes.co.uk. Since I have not bought anything here so I checked the information through Trustpilot. The results were very good: 9.5 out of 10 in 1100 reviews. So I was confident in doing the transaction and was very pleased with the quality of Winstanleys Bikes service.
• Auction on www.ebay.co.es: popular items like cameras, phones, watches, clothes ... are auctioned a lot, for various reasons such as boring use / I want to sell (old), donated not used, advertise booth ... As a person with a lot of experience auction, I recommend you to thoroughly understand the following information: product description (new or old ), seller information (positive feedback), invoice, warranty, secure payment (read more about section 4), policy change / pay. In each auction, the highest bidder is the winner. Often the auction price is 20-50% cheaper than the market price.
• Ebay. A few weeks ago I auctioned for a phone on Ebay. But when the phone arrives, I see it is very loose, IMEI error and more likely to be fake. After the exchange of private messages on Ebay, the seller expresses irresponsibility and does not accept returns.
•  I immediately notify Ebay customer care to get help. So far, things are not complete yet, but according to the latest information, Ebay will be on my side. Imagine that the transaction was made directly between the seller and the buyer (eg through a Facebook message, a shopping forum) without a third party, then I was most likely cheated by a seller. The amount of money for this phone is not small.

• * Experience No. 3: Whose purchase?

Many selling websites are now intermediaries between sellers and buyers. So the same product can be priced differently depending on each seller. Therefore, before deciding to trade, the buyer should carefully review the information about the product and the seller.

I regularly buy from reputable sellers because the product information is very clear, professional and most importantly, there are many good reviews from buyers. With sellers rated below 80% on Amazon, or with a lot of neutral / negative feedback on eBay, you should be cautious. Of course, the negative or negative feedback may be subjective, so when referring to themselves must have their own opinions, avoid the three, self-confusion.

• * Experience No. 4: Secure payment

Limited payments on public computers or over unsafe wireless connections. In case of force majeure you should use the private browser / incognito mode to perform transactions to avoid leaking information to third parties.

Always pay through the HTTPS protocol to ensure secure encryption and exchange of information, priority payment via Paypal (if any) because PayPal has high security and good customer protection policy.

• * Experience Number 5: Discount discount through Topcashback

Anybody who is or is going to Europe should open an account on Topcashback.
