I visit it in 2016 and I really liked it!

The Erasmus program is for 10months I received 300€ per month

What is the student lifestyle like in Szeged?

Amazing

Would you recommend the city and the University of Szeged to other students?

For sure! The professors really friendly and helping the students in everything

What is the food like?

Delicious, and the most important is the cultural soup “Goulash”

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Szeged?

It depends on the person, you can find dorms for 10000HUF per month and you can rent a flat as i do

How much does it cost to live in Szeged?

Also depends on the person, you can live for 300€/month and you can life for 800€/month as well

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

The language is a bit hard, but there is hungarian language course for the beginners

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Szeged from your city?

I’m living in the city center of Szeged

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Szeged?

Pubs, nightclubs or even have a walk next to the river

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Szeged?

All the restaurants here are delicious

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

Dom ter, the university main building, Anna bath....

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Szeged in the future?

Try to have some friends before you arrive here to make the accommodation searching easier.
