I can highly recommend Stuttgart to those who want to have a good time partying, shopping, enjoying tasty food and gaining awesome memories!
German people are very outgoing and friendly. Younger people know quite well English and Germans know widely French too. We got lots of help and cool advise from the local youngsters!
Shopping opportunities are wide and taxis are a very cheap way to travel (NB! This is from a Finnish perspective) Sometimes we used the underground too, but man it was tricky! You can find ethnic restaurants in every corner or eat fancy food at some á la carte restaurant. It's your choice!
The only minus was literally the minus weather in December, but because I'm finnish that chilly weather is what I'm used to.
