It's more of student friendly city. With lot of Erasmus students.

Good, you will enjoy once you are there.

How much does it cost to live in Rouen?

Approximately 400 euro/month including bus pass, rent and food, only if you cook by yourself. You do get Kabab for 4 euro along with a plate full of french fries as well a 33 cl Cola or Pepsi. It depends on offer by various kebab shops in downtown.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Rouen? Is there any advice you can give?

No. you can find one with university, the CROUS. But you have to speak french.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

French Baguette, Salad, Kebab.

From Rouen you can go to Paris, Mont Saint Michel, Étretat and many more, inside Rouen you can visit largest cathedral.
