Respect, respect, respect the people and their culture here. The pace of life is slower here and not because of anything but because Latvians are proud, firmly rooted in the culture and traditions and not chasing after their tails, like in some more westernised cities. Come visit Riga and soak up its relaxed, calm and very sophisticated atmosphere.
