Why did you choose to go to Riga, Latvia?

To be honest I didn't choose, it was my only choice, but I'm glad it was, If I went back in time I would definitely go to Riga, it's absolutely beautiful

What is the student lifestyle like in Riga?

Pretty cool and chill, nice parties, awesome activities.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Riga to other students?

Yes definitely

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Riga?

My university helped me to stay in the dorms, but once I started my second semester I already knew the city pretty well so I moved to an apartment, you can find many places depending on your budget.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

You can get Latvian and Russian courses in university, but people mostly know a little bit of English, especially younger people.

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Riga in the future?

Meet as many people as you can, have as much fun as possible, just enjoy it, it's once in a lifetime.
