Poznan is fast and modern city, there are about 500 000 people. This is a city plenty of charm with lots of beautiful places. Poznan lays in the center of Poland - close to the mountains and to the sea. Poznan is close to Berlin too (closer than to Warsaw - capital city of Poland).

Food - not everyone likes polish food. But I really love it. The most popular polish dishes: pierogi (dumplings, made of flour, water and egg filled with sweet or savory things, pierogi may be cooked in oven or boiled in water or frilled), kotlet schabowy (meat), rosół (chicken soup which may be base for different soup like tomato soup). We eat lots of vegetables, pasta, soup. The most popular sweet in Poznan it's rogal świętoarciński (it look's like croissant but it tastes different, it's filled with poppy seeds or marzipan).

CK Zamek, Termy Maltańskie, Cytadela park, Stary Browar, Freedom Square, Jeżyce (district with beautiful pre-war buildings), Malta Lake, New Zoo
