What is it like to live in Poznan? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

I have no time to sleep because I have too many things to do and too many events to go.

You should study a lot but you'll have here many friends to spend your time with and chill out.

How much does it cost to live in Poznan?

Between 500 and 700 PLN per month for a flat plus more or less 155 PLN for one term on buses and trams together, besides parties and food money

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Poznan? Is there any advice you can give?

No, we have many hostels for people from abroad and nice dormitories. My friends live there.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

If you plan to go to Poznan, you must eat "pyry z gzikiem', "pierogi", "schabowy z ziemniakami". Have you ever tred to eat "kiszona kapusta/ogórki"? Try it!

My favourite places to eat/drink are the following: Manekin, Stragan Kawiarnia (cheap and good).

Cytadela, Zamek Cesarski, Palmiarnia, Malta Lake, Chwiałka iceskating, jump arena and others.

Is it good to eat out in Poznan? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

Poznan is the culinary city. You can eat everything what you want such as Polish traditional cuisine or Japanese/ Chinese/ Thai/ Greek/ Italian/ American food.

People from Poznan seriously love cooking and baking. In the summer we have lots of "food trucks" too.

Erasmus people often go to Cuba Libre Club (CL Club), this is the place where you can find people from many countries.

What advice would you give future students heading to Poznan?

Take your camera to travel around the Poland, no only Poznan. And maybe you should take a swim suit and mountain boots if you want.
