My university has an agreement with Adam Mickiewicz University for Erasmus.

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

I had the scholarship about 5 months. 300 euros for each month. It was fine to help for living costs cause Poznań isn't so expensive and it helped me so much actually.

Student lifestyle is so good, animated and colourful. Everyday events, every night parties, and all people help you in all problems...

Foods are contradictory cause there wasn't so much kind of foods BUT I still love Poznań.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Poznan?

I've lived in Jowita, University's dormitory, and prices and the place of the dorm was so good.

How much does it cost to live in Poznan?

It depends on the person, but it is not too much, honestly. If I have to give a number, approximately 1500 złoty.. (maybe less).

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

Polish language was so so different for me at the beginning. But then I got used to it, and I could learn something basic. And, yes there are many courses about this.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Poznan from your city?

Going to Berlin by plane, then going to Poznań from Berlin by train or PolskiBus. It comes confused but it's so easy and cheaper.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Poznan?

Czekolada, Cuba Libre, Pacha and more... But the first one is Cuba Libre.

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

There are sculptures in Park Cytedela, Old Market Square absolutely, croissant museum, Malta Lake, Big Cathedral near Warta, Botanical garden, Zamek cultural centre, June 1956 events monument, Rusałka lake AND MORE AND MORE... You should go guys! Absolutely...

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Poznan in the future?

They must go cause its a great experience. And don't have any doubt, even one. Cause they will get used to Poznań as it is their second home! For example, Poznań is my a little baby.
