What is it like to live in Porto? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

I love to live in Porto, it's a wonderful city. I totally recommend it to Erasmus students who are interested in knowing another cities.
The city's pretty with lot of old and historical monuments.

What is the student lifestyle like in Porto?

We help each others when are hard exams coming, and it becomes a lot easier to get a good grade.

How much does it cost to live in Porto?

It's one of the cheapest cities of Europe.
A coffee for example, 0,60€.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Porto? Is there any advice you can give?

I think it's easy because people here in Porto are very helpfull. We like to help other people specially foreign that are looking for accommodation. There's a lot of rooms/houses that are available in Universities area

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

It's mandatory to taste "francesinhas". It's not my favourite dish but is probably the most famous dish of Porto.

What places would you recommend visiting in Porto?

The caves of Porto's wine, off course.
Estádio do Dragão, for people that appreciates football
Sé Catedral
Casa da Musica
Torre dos Clerigos
