What is it like to live in Porto? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

It was a very good experience for me to live in a different country and far away from my family. I would recommend Porto as a vacation country,because for me this city is for relaxing, partying or travelling.

What is the student lifestyle like in Porto?

Very crazy. You are going to clubs every day and party a lot.

How much does it cost to live in Porto?

To live in Porto is very expensive because the rent, travelling and partying cost a lot. In 1 month I spent more then 500euros

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Porto? Is there any advice you can give?

If you want to find something cheap,yes it is very hard, but if you meet erasmus students that are in Porto 5 months or more they can tell you some very good accommodation solutions.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

I didnt try Portugal national food but your fruits and vegetables are very delicious :)

Is the nightlife good in Porto? Where is good to go?

It is good but for erasmus students nightlife is very expensive

What advice would you give future students heading to Porto?

Ask earlier erasmus students about country and university :}
