How much does it cost to live in Porto?

Kinda cheap. Like beer is only 1€ in a lot of bars...

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

You should taste "Francesinha". Typical Porto sandwich, with great sauce. And you should take it with some french fries and a beer.

What places would you recommend visiting in Porto?

Estadio do Dragão (FCPorto stadium :D) , Aliados avenue , clerigos tower, all the downtown area, and also having a cup of wine watching the river view in Ribeira.

Is the nightlife good in Porto? Where is good to go?

I just recommend the downtown area, theres a lot of bars and a lot of people on the street drinking (its allowed :))

What advice would you give future students heading to Porto?

Just stay for 1 year and not only 1 semester. You will not regret it :)
