you'll need around 350e per month to live well (around 7e a day, excluding 150 for rent and utilities.)

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Porto? Is there any advice you can give?

It's not really difficult if you come one or two weeks earlier than the semester, because after you only get the worst places. If you come early you can get good places and good locations for great prices. Start looking online and when you arrive go to your faculty because there's usually a board in the atrium or near administrative services with a lot of nearby rent places ads.

If you want to try Francesinha, you must go to Bufete Fase, at Rua de Santa Catarina 1147.

Is the nightlife good in Porto? Where is good to go?

Almost everyday of the week has activities. Mondays you go to Ribeira, Wednesday you go to Adega, in piolho, Thursdays maybe Galerias de Paris street, and Fridays and Saturdays you can go clubing at Indústria club, Gare club, Plano b, or other places, which have, usually, high music standards.

If your coming for the first semester expect lots of rain and around 10 degrees, starting in november.

If you come for the second semester your going to have a lot of sun, but rain also. Around june it stops to rain.

If you come for the whole year your gonna love the transformation the weather has in the city, from winter to summer.
