Before I already treveled to many countries and I liked Spain the most, but I wanted to experience something new so I chose the nearest country. And it was the best decision ever. :)

The scholarship was for the exact period of exchange. I recieved around 325€ of erasmus scholarship per month, that was enough for my monthly costs (apartment, transport...).

Absolutely. I did't have a single negative experience while living and studying there.
What is the food like?
The food is great, but you need some time to get used to it.

Cafe Lounge Casal at Avenida dos Aliados. Great and not so expensive food and excelent ambient.
