Why did you choose to go to Porto, Portugal?
Next year I want to go in Brazil, so I need to learn Portugues.
How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?
My scholarship during three months, July August and September. I receive from my university 500 euros per month.
Would you recommend the city and the University of Porto to other students?
If you want to have a lot of a party without spend a lot of money, this is the city for you. Also there is the beach, the sea, the people are so kindly. Also there are a lot of things that you can visit. And the city is fascinating.
What is the food like?
Here, I have found some Hamburgerias, it's very good. I taste Francesinha, that's good, but a little bit heavy. And, of course, Porto is famous for the Bacalhau.
Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Porto?
It was easy finds my apartment. You go on: olx.pt, and here you send an e-mail, and a lot of owners answer you to have an appointment to see the apartment.
How much does it cost to live in Porto?
I don't know, before I need to finish my first month.
Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?
At the University I don't know. But there is a "school", so cheap: Aprender Portugues, in Rua Das Mesas. There is also in Facebook.
What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Porto from your city?
You have to take the airplane, Ryanair, from Bergamo or Bologna.
What good cultural sites are there to visit?
There is Serralves, it's museum of contemporary art.
