Because of the weather and because it is a beautiful country.

The scholarship is for 5 months.
What is the student lifestyle like in Porto?
Porto is the best! The student lifestyle is full of activities and parties.
Would you recommend the city and the University of Oporto to other students?
Yes.
What is the food like?
The food is good, they need to try bacalhau and pastel de nata.
Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Porto?
Yes.
How much does it cost to live in Porto?
500 euro per month.
Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?
The language is not very easy, but you can learn because there are free courses at university.
What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Porto from your city?
Airplane.
And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Porto?
It is a good place ” Museu d'avo”.
What good cultural sites are there to visit?
Casa da Musica.
Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Porto in the future?
It's the best city, I don't regret tchoosing Porto. The city is very beautiful and also the beach.
