Why did you choose to go to Porto, Portugal?

Porto is a very nice town.
When you visit it you always want to come back again.
At the historical area you have several kinds of churches and also the cathedral, but you have also one of the oldest librarys "Livraria Lello" and a very kwone cafe in Porto the Magestic Cafe. Also for young people you have a good area wih cafes and nice bars cold Galerias Paris there you can dance and have a good time.. About gastronomy you must try "francesinha" wich one of the best sandwichs and every one wants to try it. But you also have other kinds of portuguese food, and many restaurants where you can heat very well.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Porto to other students?

Yes for sure, the University of Porto is one of the best of Europe and there arfe many students from Europe and Brasil the choose Porto, because of that.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Porto?

No because I'm living in Porto.

How much does it cost to live in Porto?

That depends.

If you want to rent a T1 flat all equiped at the historical area you can pay between 300Eurso or 350Euros, but if you divid it with other friend you pay half of that.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

yes they are.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Porto from your city?

By bus or by metro.

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Porto?

All the restaurants at Ribeira or in cais de Gaia
