Why did you choose to go to Porto, Portugal?

I choose the Porto becouse I need to spend a lot of time between the manierism, baroque and typical neo - clasical architecture that´s for my study proffesion History of Art.

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

335 euro/ month and My scholarship takes the eleven months.

What is the student lifestyle like in Porto?

That´s greate. Erasmus student has a lot chance to travelling around the Portugal with ESN company

Would you recommend the city and the University of Porto to other students?

Yes, this the very good choice for making the pause for students from Czech republic.

What is the food like?

It´s disgusted.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Porto?

no, everything without problem.

How much does it cost to live in Porto?

it´s depends where, if residence or private acomm.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

i have good pronunciation and a language it ´s seem like very easy for me, for others - i don´t know.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Porto from your city?

bus, metro

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Porto?

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Porto?

no, nothing, maybe universaly something with fish, Bacalhau it is not so very bad, but franceshina it is very disgusteeeed.

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

It is the same like another countries. For example spendind Christmas time, Every country has own specificul traditions - here there is for exmple hot cashtans and sweet cakes with drying fruits.

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Porto in the future?

Porto thats right for the parties without ending, Me like Historian Art it is so beautiful and useful on the future. I advice to you
