Would you recommend the city and the University of Porto to other students?

Sure.

What is the food like?

Varied, tasty, a lot of fish and seafood and rich in fiber.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Porto?

No, it is easy. One option is to come without having booked any accommodation.

How much does it cost to live in Porto?

Theoretically it is possible to live with 400-500 E per month, practically not. Transportation is quite expensive, so I've bought bike for 50 euro.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

Not really. They are 150 E for 60 hours, I guess. For me and people (in general) who underwent this course it's not worth it.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Porto from your city?

By airplane.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Porto?

Matosinhos.

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Porto?

No. Serious restaurants are usually expensive and the ones with good prices don't cook well. Or I didn't find good one yet. But I like the Chinese restaurant Mao Guo Hong (Paranhos) if it can help you.
