Because of the environment and the people.
How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?
2 semesters.
What is the student lifestyle like in Porto?
It depending on which uni you go. If you go to Porto university you have to study a lot and you won't have that much free time to travel but if you go to private universities you will have a lot of free time but you can't really study.
Would you recommend the city and the University of Porto to other students?
Yes.
What is the food like?
Vegetables,seafood,chicken.
Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Porto?
Not yet.
How much does it cost to live in Porto?
Well, its normal and depends on the people's need (in terms of the quality and the quantity of food) for us the food was (and still) around 100 euros if we go out very often its a bit more but its not that expensive.
Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?
No its not, because the people use mainly English, especially the erasmus people.In some uni language courses available, but are not the best.
What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Porto from your city?
By airplane.
Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Porto?
Adega,77, villa, boulvard, mori club.
And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Porto?
food corner, tokyo sushi, fuji, restaurants in the nordeshopping mall
What good cultural sites are there to visit?
Loads! Basically you have to see everything.
Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Porto in the future?
You made the best decision when you chose this city and the country itself. :)
