Why did you choose to go to Porto, Portugal?

Because it was sunny and warm.

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

Scholarship was for 6 months and I received 450€ per month.

What is the student lifestyle like in Porto?

Parties and chiling

Would you recommend the city and the University of Porto to other students?

Ofcouse, you will get one of the best lifetime experience

What is the food like?

Hm, diferent from my country but I loved Porto sandwitch!

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Porto?

Yes, at first I was homeless, I didn't had where to live, but we found really good place in city center, near Cedofeita in front of Porto university only for 240 € per month.

How much does it cost to live in Porto?

350-400€ with accommodation and food, if you party hard 500-600€

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

Language for me was really hard to learn, different than mine, but still i learned something! And Yes in Portucalence University they have free erasmus language courses

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Porto from your city?

Ryanair like from all europe :))

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Porto?

Hm, first of all on mondays Ribeira other days Polho! Then if you like electronic music you can go to the clubs, if you like to sing you can go to the best karaoke club in porto Brayner 85! ( If you will go to that place say "Hello from lithuanian guy Andrius!" to Carlos.

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Porto?

Hm, I always was eating near center metro station, sorry i can't remember name of the place.

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Porto in the future?

Keep partying and invite me!! :D
