Why did you choose to go to Porto, Portugal?
Im from Poland so I choose Porto becouse of the warmer weather. Its the one reason. I have seen a lot of photos of Porto, I felt in love with landskapes, the ocean. And Portugal is far from Poland- different culture, different people, opportunity to see different life and different places, far from Poland.
How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?
6 months. I receive 350 euro every month
What is the student lifestyle like in Porto?
Its various. You have a lot of posibilities. You can be like almost every erasmus person- party, fun, clubbing (its a lot of great place) or you can do whatever you want. The amount of students and amount of ERASMUS here is huge. Everybody can find sth suitable.
What is the food like?
Im vegetarian so for me is difficult to find a good meal in the restaurant. I cook by myself. In the restaurant I can get only salad, pasta and omlette. Typical dish is francesinha and fish- bacalhau (dorsz).
How much does it cost to live in Porto?
flat about 150-250 euro per month
food- for me its 80-100 euro per month

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?
We had portuguese course and hold A1 certificate in the language

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Porto?
Ribeira when the weather is nice
And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Porto?
Place in centro comerciale Bombeiro, near Palacio where is amazing chockolate cake and in the evening for the dinner the place is also great.
