Why did you choose to go to Porto, Portugal?

Great architecture, beautiful city, weather, close to the ocean, great opportunity to get to know the way of designing from very good architects.

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

Five months.

What is the student lifestyle like in Porto?

They don't care too much about study, chill at home after classes.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Porto to other students?

Yes!

What is the food like?

I prefer a different taste, I'm not a fan of Portuguese food, the worst things is cakes and other pastry.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Porto?

No.

How much does it cost to live in Porto?

500Euros/month.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

I participated in the language course, but Portuguese is hard to learn for Slavic people.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Porto?

Porto Tonico/ Plano B.

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Porto?

Spirito/ Costa Coffee.

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

Everything.

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Porto in the future?

Don't be shy- this is your only enemy, enjoy life, meet people.
