What is the food like?

You should get used to rice and beans in the UFRGS. Generally in the city every food you are used to, they eat it as a sweet version, it's kind of awesome.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Porto Alegre?

Yes

How much does it cost to live in Porto Alegre?

I think that with 1500 US you'll be just fine if you don't need much.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Porto Alegre?

Be careful, the city is really dangerous
