Why did you choose to go to Parma, Italia?

The subject of my masterthesis was the most interesting in Parma than in other university's

Would you recommend the city and the University of Parma to other students?

Yes,

The Erasmus group is very friendly and helpful and they will make your stay as fun as possible.

What is the food like?

there is a lot of apperetivo.

You pay 5 euro for a drink and you get free food.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Parma?

Yes, Through this side I found my accommodation and that costed me money.

How much does it cost to live in Parma?

It depends on the rent. My rent was 405 euro's but I had an appartement that was fully equipped. Others pay much less but they needed to go to IKEA to do some shopping.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

There is a languages course at the university that is obligated for students. I did an internship, so for me it was not obligatory.

Personally I think the language has a lot in common with French. (and Spanish of course)

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Parma from your city?

A plane to Milan or Bologna. then a aereport bus to the city of Milan or Bologna and then take the train. In some cases you can take the train from the airport to, but it is more expensive.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Parma?

Peterpan cafe and ostamangeo

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

There is a lot of culture in Parma. But I would travel a bit with a fix bus to Firenze etc....
