A small and nice town

I was there for summer semester 2017/2018 and it was a nice period. The whether was very cold and the wind was so strong so if you go there in february - march you should take your winter coat with you :)
Anyway, the university dorms are nice and the price is around 200 euros (which includes the bathroom and kitchen for two person in flat). If you want a shared bathroom and kitchen the price will be lower (175 - 180 euros).
The town is small and the hypermarkets are not very far (Kaufland, Tesco, Albert etc) and the city malls the same.
Teachers are nice and the all university is supporting the Erasmus students.
