What is it like to live in Pamplona? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?
It's a small city, so living there is really comfortable. The transport is very well organised and there are lots of services. However, the weather is usually not very good.
The city is very beautiful with plenty of things to see and discover. I don't live there because I'm from a small town near by, but I totally recommend it.
What is the student lifestyle like in Pamplona?
You can have morning timetables, afternoon timetables or both. Depending on the university timetables you can enjoy one activities or others. In the public university you can practice many sports such as zumba, climbing, soccer...
For students the best moment of the week is Thursday evening, the "Juevintxo".
How much does it cost to live in Pamplona?
I think that it is very expensive in general. Of course, there are always offerts on everything.
Is it difficult to find accommodation in Pamplona? Is there any advice you can give?
It's so easy to find accommodation in Pamplona. Near the university you can find many apartments where students can live.
What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?
You can find all types of food. The main diet is the Mediterranean.
What places would you recommend visiting in Pamplona?
The Taconera, the old town, Plaza del Castillo, townhall...
Is it good to eat out in Pamplona? Can you tell us your favourite spots?
Yes, there are many different types of places where you can eat. My favourite ones are: "Tagliatella", "Sangiovesa", "Babilon"...
Is the nightlife good in Pamplona? Where is good to go?
If you like clubbing you will spend a really good time during the night until 6:30 am. I personally prefer bars, where you can dance, drink and spend a fantastic time with your friends.
Some of the clubs and bars: "Kla-b", "Ozone", "Canalla", "Enter".
What advice would you give future students heading to Pamplona?
You will not have any problem. It's a small city, so the lifestyle is really easy. Don't forget your umbrella.
