What is it like to live in Opole? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

It's small city. But if you are Erasmus student it will be perfect for you. We have everything next to dorm because we are living in the senter. Even you don't need to use a bus.

What is the student lifestyle like in Opole?

It means that we have party's almost everyday and I am sure if you communicable, you won't be bored here

How much does it cost to live in Opole?

1000zl is enough if you are economing(390zl for dorm and +710zl you have for food and some different items)

If you want go parties every day or eat out it won't be enough for you, then you must have around 2000zl or otherwise we have everywhere some sale like in mondey in Papa Jack whole pizza is 20zl or in Cina club in Friday free enter for girls and many others opportunities for students if you are showing your student card you can eat in many places with 15-20% less.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Opole? Is there any advice you can give?

It's so easy to find accommodation for students and general. The most what I like almost whole flats are renting with furniture. So if you bored of dorm you can easily live in flat and you don't need to think where you will buy bed or table. And also you can rent a room in flat where also living other students.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

I don't like polish dishes. I prefer our Ukrainian it's more much better.

What places would you recommend visiting in Opole?

In the city center we are calling old Town you can find whole historical places

Is it good to eat out in Opole? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

Grabówka francuski naleśniki, Wintydź.

Also Manekin is popular restaurant but I don't like the taste there so much, they are popular because of the beauty of dishes.

Is the nightlife good in Opole? Where is good to go?

Yes, we have 3 clubs the most popular and one them are partner of our uniwersyty it's Cina club it's 10 minutes by walking from our dorm.

Aquarium club in the center in old Town but small.

And more for adult people Sofa Music club you can not enter there if you are ander 21, also in this club one's in a month they have nights for Ukrainians i mean there opening Russian and Ukrainian music, but everyone can enter(in this days you can be less then 21, they are excepting everyone, because this party general for Ukrainian students in Opole).

What advice would you give future students heading to Opole?

Don't take with you so much clothes, because we have so much sales in shopping malls in the center Solaris and you can go there by bus to Karolinka super big shopping mall there you can find everything.
