Hey! I've been in the Netherlands during the spring semester of 2015. I was studying economy in Radboud University which is one of the best universities in this field in the netherlands.
My student accomodation was located in Hatert's neighborhood, 15 minutes from Radboud and 20 from city centre, and fully recoommend that place. However, you might enjoy most of dinners and parties in Hoggeveldt cause most of erasmus live there.
Radboud university used to prapare an orientation week twice a year. Ive enrolled it in the spring semester and also suggest it to everyone who would like to meet most of the erasmus and mentors during the firsts two weeks of your erasmus.
Be open-minded and enjoy that unique experience. Good luck!
