What is it like to live in New York? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

If you’re very wealthy or very young NYC can be great but for anyone else, it’s VERY EXPENSIVE, over crowded, people can be very rude, winter’s are very cold, summers are HORRIBLE.

What is the student lifestyle like in New York?

Depends on if you’re pare are paying f everything.

How much does it cost to live in New York?

To much.
If you want your own place or a share $2400.00 a month or you can live with five other people in a horrible apartment in Brooklyn.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in New York? Is there any advice you can give?

Sorry, NYC has gotten out of hand with rents.
It’s not worth the money to live there.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Classic NY food, Chinese, Italian, best pizza

What places would you recommend visiting in New York?

The Met, MOMA, Central Park, Bergdorf Goodman, Saks Fifth Ave, Tiffany & Co, Plaza Hotel, Brooklyn Heights.

Is it good to eat out in New York? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

All classic NY diners are great.

Is the nightlife good in New York? Where is good to go?

I never go out at night, boring.

What advice would you give future students heading to New York?

Finish school and leave as fast as you can.
