What is it like to live in New Delhi? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

New delhi is an amazing city to live in if you love roaming around in markets with quality products which are also cheap from all over india. It is amazing for party animals as well as hisory lovers as it is a historic city. It is amazing for cinematographers becuase of areas like chandni chawk jama mazjid and else. I would definitely recoomend it for foody people beacuse it has amazing chrap and quality wise excellent food. Be it street food or restaurants. It has foods of all type for all.

What is the student lifestyle like in New Delhi?

Student life is glamourous in delhi, parties if you like, peaceful places if you like, historical places, cheap food and cheap accomodation. It is basically heaven for any student. Events like raahgiri day, museums, theatres everything is available within reach through fpgreat metro system. Nearby Delhi NCR areas like gurgaon is another benefit.

How much does it cost to live in New Delhi?

A person can live on a very low income in delhi as well. Rent for hostels range around 2-10 thousand flats around 20 thousand and food is very cheap. You can get a 10 rupee chole kulche and even a 45 rupee pizza. Transportation is very cheao metro rickshwas and bass range from 5to 50 rupee charges.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in New Delhi? Is there any advice you can give?

No trouble in case of accomodation. New friends colony and modern town has some amazing cheap hostels to live in.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Gol gappe, jalebi, pao bhaji, chole bhature, biryani. Everything is available at chep price from chinese to thai to american to indian.

What places would you recommend visiting in New Delhi?

Cannaught place. Jama masjid, karim in jama masjid. Aggrasen ki baoli, chandni chowk.

Is it good to eat out in New Delhi? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

Karim in jama masjid, the big yellow door, sagar ratna,

Is the nightlife good in New Delhi? Where is good to go?

Yes night clubs parties etc etc.

What advice would you give future students heading to New Delhi?

You will enjoy cheer up :D
