What is it like to live in Nantes? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

I spent 2 years in Nantes and it was really fun! That's a city a would recommend, there are a lot a things to visit and good to do parties

What is the student lifestyle like in Nantes?

Really good! Especially on Thursday nights!

How much does it cost to live in Nantes?

Well, I'm living in a student dormitory in 9m² (very small) and I pay 250euros per month, kind of expensive for what it is but it remains the cheapest. Collocation are very good too and not that expensive. Food and Accomodation are as expensive as in other city in France I think.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Nantes? Is there any advice you can give?

Not difficult, there is a very good transport connection everywhere in the city, by taking the tramway, the bus or even the bike !

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Very good, there are all sort of food,

What places would you recommend visiting in Nantes?

every little Streets in the center, the castle, l'île de Nantes

Is it good to eat out in Nantes? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

Of course french food is good ! There are a lot of fastfood but also real restaurant every where in Nantes, in the center or not. Cookies at 'la mie caline' are the best!

Is the nightlife good in Nantes? Where is good to go?

Amazing!
There are lots of bars and clubs everywhere in the center,
My favorite club is the 'loft', and bar is ' the havana', on the 'île de Nantes'I went there a few times and it was really fun but a bit to far away from the tramway ( don't want to walk ;))
