What is it like to live in Monterrey? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?
I love it here, and I do recomment it the only problem is the weather it changes everyday sometimes it's cold in the morning and super hot in the afternoon. The city is really beautiful surrounded by mountains.

Excellent.
How much does it cost to live in Monterrey?
It depends but on average $1,000 USD monthly. Includes rent, gas money or taxis, food and going out.
Is it difficult to find accommodation in Monterrey? Is there any advice you can give?
No, visit first the places before you give anyone money and be very careful when you sign contracts always read them.
What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?
We have all types of food my favorite is enchiladas, tacos and pizza.
What places would you recommend visiting in Monterrey?
Cola de Caballo, Presa de la Boca, La Huasteca, Fundidora Park, Paseo Santa Lucia, Barrio Antiguo, Bioparque Estrella, Santiago Pueblo Magico and Chipinque.
Is it good to eat out in Monterrey? Can you tell us your favourite spots?
Yes, my favorite spots are foodbox, muncher house, el 32, la nacional, el gallo 71, el gaucho, la mejico, el toro melon, cien 28 and Itiallianis.
Is the nightlife good in Monterrey? Where is good to go?
Yes, the best place to be is Centrito in San Pedro Garza Garcia it's the center of San Pedro full of restaurants, bars and Discos.
What advice would you give future students heading to Monterrey?
Do not use street taxis try to always use base taxis or uber. Try to look for apartments near your school and if you're nice to people we will be nice to you.
