What is it like to live in México, D.F.? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?
México city have everything, you can pass all day out, and have fun, culture, etc. about the city there are a lot of people in the "Zocalo" (center), but you can walk and take Pictures, and there are so much things to see and do. Mexico city always is Active, you see cars, people all day. It's beautiful, i will absolutely recommend mexico, city.
What is the student lifestyle like in México, D.F.?
It's incredible. About the learning, they have a great education level, some teachers are relax and others exigent, but the way they teach it is really good. And one of the greatest experience are the students, they are friendly and funny, you are Going to have a great time and learn a lot of things with them, so i really recommend this experience.
How much does it cost to live in México, D.F.?
Its cheaper than others places, there are things cheap and expensive, but in general its medium, if you search, you will found really good prices. You can go to "fonditas" and eat good mexican food for low prices.
Is it difficult to find accommodation in México, D.F.? Is there any advice you can give?
A little bit, but if you come to a university, ask them for places, they have lists of accommodation. Always ask to the people you know from here, they may know.
What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?
Its delicious, i love mole poblano its sweet, pozole its with a different Type of corn with chicken, gorditas its corn dough and you choose it with cheese, chicken,etc., tamales there are many type. You really need yo try them, great exeprience
What places would you recommend visiting in México, D.F.?
Palacio de bellas artes and all the others museums, zócalo, xochimilco, angel de la independecia, Torre latinoamericana, you will never finish there are like 50 places
Is it good to eat out in México, D.F.? Can you tell us your favourite spots?
Yes, I go a lot to "fonditas" that are all over mexico city, but good restaurants "la casa de los abuelitos", "sanborns", etc. People is Going to tell you
Is the nightlife good in México, D.F.? Where is good to go?
It is, at "condesa" and "roma" are a lot
What advice would you give future students heading to México, D.F.?
Be carefull beacuse with tourist, they give you high prices. if you are Going to bars, go with good friends. Try not to walk alone at Night.
