Finding a perfect apartment at AIRBNB app

Whats up beauties? Today I'm telling you how I find a perfect apartment at Airbnb app.

First, let me tell you some important things. The reason Airbnb is the only app mentioned in this post is because that was the app I used and that was the one that worked well for me. But, with a small search online you can find a list of apps simillar to this one. As I told you before, Airbnb was that one that I used, so it is the one I can talk about.

So, let's get down to business.

How it works?

Well, Airbnb is a app that connects people looking to rent their homes with people who are looking for a place to stay the night. The concept is simple.

So, once you have the app downloaded in your phone, the first thing you need to do is think about what kind of place you are looking for. The app has so many types of room available. You can rent a single room or maybe a whole place. It's up to you.

In my case, I wanted the whole apartment. First, because I had a bad experience living with other girls and second, because a friend and I diceded to live together.

So I made a small search for "apartment near CU". Obviously, because I wanted something near my school. But you can filter your results as you want to. Then, you are going to find a list of places with pictures and informations about them.

Once you find something you like, you can message the property and ask about doubts you have and if the place is available for the date you want it. Ask about everything you believe is important here and if it's possible, ask to visit the place before renting it.

If you want to go ahead with the reservation, you submit your reservation with your payment information. The best part here is that the payment is made by the app, and you don't have to worry about anything after this. Now, Airbnb will collect your payment after the host accepts your request. In 24 hours everything is done and you can take your keys with your host and move to your new place.

Easy, uh?

I had a great time in my place and my host was always kind and there for me when we needed him. So, make sure the person you are renting for is responsable and kind. The best part for me was the way the app takes care about the juridical things and you don't have to worry about it.
