Linving in Medellin is an awesome experience. The city is full of colors and the fact that is surrounded with mountains, makes her even more beautiful.

What is the student lifestyle like in Medellin?

It's nice. There are some places, like museums, that offer special discounts.

How much does it cost to live in Medellin?

Per month, around 800 dollars

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Medellin? Is there any advice you can give?

A bit dificult, but not impossible. I would advice to get in contact with the hosting university to see if they can help in the process.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

The food is delicious. My favorite dishes are the bandeja paisa and mondongo.

What places would you recommend visiting in Medellin?

Pueblito paisa, parque Arvi, the downtown, a near town called Jardin.

Is it good to eat out in Medellin? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

Yes! La hacienda; fire house, chwf burger and pastas con amor.

Is the nightlife good in Medellin? Where is good to go?

It is good. You can find several places to party in "parque lleras" but i prefer some salsa places located in "la 70".

What advice would you give future students heading to Medellin?
