The student lifestyle is one of the most interesting and beautiful in this city.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Lyon to other students?

Yes, I recommend this city and also University Jean Moulin Lyon 3.

How much does it cost to live in Lyon?

I think that to live in Lyon, for a student it is necessary to have minimum 600 euro/month.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

Yes, it's easy, but it's important to know the French language after coming in France, in general.

Yes, at the University Jean Moulin Lyon 3 there are available two courses for the international students.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Lyon?

I recommend to all the students to buy the pass culture, which includes 4 tickets and the price is 18 euro. Then, the students has the possibility to choose the place where they want to go: theatre, opera, dance, piano, (Maison de la Dance, Opera de Lyon, Theatre des Celestins).

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Lyon?

I recommend the restaurant Chez Mounier.

But of course there are other places in Vieux Lyon.

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

In Lyon there are a lot of amazing places:

I advise all the students after arriving to Lyon to try to find an accommodation on the Internet.

I recommend the accommodation Residence universitaire Jean Mermoz, which was a good price 168 euro/month.
