Why did you choose to go to Lyon, France?
Lyon is a beautiful city, one of the biggest in France. I knew there would be a lot of activities to do and a lot of different people to meet from all the parts of the world.
How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?
My scholarship started a bit more than 3 months ago and will last 6 more months. I receive about 600 euros per month.
What is the student lifestyle like in Lyon?
There are a lot of museums, pubs, clubs where you can meet others.
Would you recommend the city and the University of Lyon to other students?
Totally!
What is the food like?
Food is really traditional, a bit fat, like sausages and cheese.
Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Lyon?
Not really.
How much does it cost to live in Lyon?
About 500 euros per month.
Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?
Language is a bit difficult, but at the university you can have a course.
What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Lyon from your city?
Cheap airlines.
