Why did you choose to go to Ljubljana, Slovenia?

Slovenia is small developing country, in interesting for me part of part of Europe. For me Slovenia was a gate to Balkans.

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

6 mounts, 400 eu.

What is the student lifestyle like in Ljubljana?

Lot of nice meetings with people and lot of interesting trips

Would you recommend the city and the University of Ljubljana to other students?

Ljubljana it's really nice, not overcrowded capital city, with a lot of entertainments. Studding there I was really satisfied.

What is the food like?

Really good. I liked for example Mexican restaurant near Preseren square....very good spicy, tomato soup :)

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Ljubljana?

I lived in dormitory

How much does it cost to live in Ljubljana?

It;s depend...but I think 400eu per month its minimum.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

Courses are available. Slovenian language isn't so hard, and people there know English really good .

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Ljubljana from your city?

Easiest is by plain, most economical by bus.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Ljubljana?

Companieros club was not bad

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Ljubljana?

Mexican food near Preseren square.

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

All of old city in Ljubljana with a castle, national museum and others museums...lot off, you must only search.

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Ljubljana in the future?

It's really nice city, have fun :)
