Why did you choose to go to Ljubljana, Slovenia?
Because it's a really pretty city. It's really near to other countries and you can travel cheaper.
How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?
One autumn semester starts on October and finish 20th of February, so six months. I receive 300€.
What is the student lifestyle like in Ljubljana?
There are party all days, it's better Wednesday or Thursday, because on the weekend the Slovenian students return to home.
Would you recommend the city and the University of Ljubljana to other students?
Of course, my experience on university it's really good. They try to help me a lot.
What is the food like?
There are a lot of discounts for students, you can eat really well for around 3€. Also there are 24 hours opining with burek, pizza, etc.
Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Ljubljana?
There are so many problems if you come only for one semester, but it's no so hard.
How much does it cost to live in Ljubljana?
Around 200€ (room+cost) + 20€ (bus for one month) + 100€ (food, more or less) + 80€ (whims). This is more or less what I spent.
Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?
The language it's a bit difficult, but the courses for 3 weeks are free, and you can learn basic sentence. People really like you try to speak their language, and always match with smile.
What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Ljubljana from your city?
I took a plane Valencia-Trieste (70€) and then a bus Trieste-Ljubljana (10€).
Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Ljubljana?
Metelkova, Cirkus, Top, Parlament, Skeletos, k4, Cutty Shark.
And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Ljubljana?

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Ljubljana in the future?
There are also Ljubljana Bicycle it's 3€ all the year and there are around all the city. If you prefer there is a market on Sundays where you can buy bicycle around 30€.
