Why did you choose to go to Ljubljana, Slovenia?

Because Slovenia is a great country and has a terrific location, which is helpful when you want to travel. Also this country is pretty cheap. I heard that the quality of studies are good, so basically these are the reasons why i chose Ljubljana.

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

If you're thinking about the money, scholarship should be enough. It's possible to love here spend 300 euros per month. Costs of dormitory included.

What is the student lifestyle like in Ljubljana?

Really good. I'm studying harder than i thought, but there is enough time to travel. Every day something is going on here. Every day you can be busy.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Ljubljana to other students?

Of course! It's like a heaven for students.

What is the food like?

Good. There is amazing food system for student meals, so you don't spend a lot of money on food, but you can eat healthy and be full.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Ljubljana?

No.

How much does it cost to live in Ljubljana?

Accommodation is 138 euros. Living costs ar about 200 per month. But i let myself almost everything.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

Language courses are available. Also almost all Slovenian people speeks English.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Ljubljana from your city?

Plain is easiest. Most economical way is going by bus.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Ljubljana?

Metelkova.

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Ljubljana?

Hisa pod gardom, skuhna, centralna postaja, foculus.

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

Maribor, Piran, Trieste, Bled. Zagreb is close.
