Lisbon, an Easy City to Take Pictures of The Sky

For those who know Lisbon it is not new that our river and our sky are constantly a fountain of beauty and amazement. It is amazing how it can remember us of the pretty colours that make up our world. The scenarios take us to paintings of the greats. There was a time where I would consider it ordinary, boring. Yet, my view has changed, and I am once again a child, new to the whole of this.

I do not know why

pictures are so easy to take of the sky.

In this city of my own

I take pictures alone,

of painted marvels,

white as marble,

forever random.

This city is called Lisbon,

it is not selfish nor is it seldom,

it is shared with the world.

Not unique in its beauty,

but one for the one with acuity.

It may be of the river,

It may be of the sea,

It may be of the wind,

But it Must be of they

whose eyes can see.
