It is not difficult to find accomodations. Most of le Havre's universities are situated near the train station which is a cheap area. But this area is not always nice nor the safest one. You can choose to take an appartment in the center of the city and use the tramway to go to university.

The Beach; Les jardins suspendus; le tetris; les falaises de sainte-adresse; piscine des docks.

Cheap ones: kebabs or restaurant universitaire.

When it is sunny, you definitly have to go to "la petite rade" and end the evening at "l'abricotier". There are others bars in the center if city.
